Norma Clayton, Director of Human Resources
Norma worked in several human resource roles in the voluntary and commercial sector before becoming Personnel Manager for The Nuffield Foundation in 1994.
After four years at the Foundation she joined the Chemical Industries Association and was Personnel Manager from 1998 to 2002.
Following an interim appointment with Volunteer Reading Help she joined Together in 2003. She is responsible for ensuring that our Human Resource activities comply with legislation, are developed in line with organisational strategy for growth and diversity and are consistent with Together's values.
