Our strategic plan
A New Direction, our strategy for 2009-2014 is now available for you to read online. It details some of the challenges and opportunities we expect to see in the near future and lets you know how we intend to manage them.
The new strategy also updates our vision, mission and values to meet social and political developments in mental health care as well as the changing needs and expectations of the people we support.
