Formerly known as Rotherfield Avenue, this residential service was originally developed in 1992. The property was completed in 1996 and opened as a 12-bed residential care-home, run by the Richmond Fellowship. When it closed, Together took over and now runs the service as a 12-bed supported-housing unit.

The house provides short- to medium-term housing and support for up to 12 people aged between 18 and 65. It has sloping gardens at the front, and a spacious patio area and lawned garden at the back.

Residents are chosen by interview, after being referred to the project by the local council’s housing department. Tenants come initially for six months, and usually stay for one year.

The staff team is made up of four Support Workers, who are managed by the Project Manager of our local care-home Lawn Court. One member of staff sleeps in every night.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within easy walking distance of the railway station and local shops.
