Providing a non-threatening environment where people with mental health needs can meet new friends and learn new skills
1.Our ExperienceDay-support services – such as resource centres, day-centres, drop-ins and social clubs – offer people who have experienced mental distress the chance to make friends and socialise, have a meal, and perhaps get information and learn new skills in a supportive, non-threatening atmosphere.
We use our mental health expertise to run several day-centres, resource centres and drop-in clubs across the country, all based on our values which respect the choices and individuality of the people using our services, and empower them to get involved in decisions about the running of the services they use.
