| Working with people in difficulties – sometimes in crisis – helping them make crucial decisions and regain control of their lives is one of the most rewarding careers there is. And because we run a full range of mental health services we can offer a wide range of fascinating job roles in many different areas of mental health. We are also committed to a unique set of values that set us apart from other social-care organisations.
Experience not always necessary... Although we have highly skilled jobs throughout the organisation, many entry-level jobs in social care require no previous experience or qualifications within the field. So, we might be able to offer you something whether you:
- have just finished a degree
- are returning to work after having children and want a job that is flexible enough to combine with looking after your family (many of our services have part-time posts or can offer flexible shifts)
- have retired early and are looking for a worthwhile part-time job.
